Vendors should note that once order is placed with us you will be sent a Free Message Scrolls Newsletter either by email or Post, unless you request that you do not wish to receive it.
Our terms
Vendors should note that w e accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), cheques, paypal and money orders. We do not accept credit cards that are in the name of a person that differs from the purchaser's name, unless written permission is given to us by the credit card holder. We do not fill orders until payment has been received.
Refunds
Vendors should note that g enerally, there are no refunds once an order is placed.
Pricing
We regularly check our pricing against national and international products and consider that our products/services represent best 'value for money'. Compared to the few companies outside of Australia that do handcraft Scrolls, ours are competitively priced. We are able to keep our prices low as we are an internet based business – we do not have the overhead costs associated with a shop front presence.
Deliveries
Vendors should note that if any parts of our Scrolls and gifts are received in an unsatisfactory condition we will request proof of the damage, and if we are satisfied damage was incurred during shipping, will replace parts/the whole package without cost to our customers.
Quality of our Message Scrolls and Service
Each Scroll takes a lot of time and care to handcraft. No two Scrolls are ever exactly the same and may sometimes vary to the pictures that are shown on our site. We use quality materials from overseas and Australia.
We are a small business and pride ourselves on the excellent feedback we receive from our customers. We welcome feedback on our service or site at any time.
Availability
We try to ensure that we are available by telephone during business hours, however there are some occasions where callers may be transferred to our answering service. We usually reply by end of day to telephone and email messages. The Hours of Operation page on our website will always show when we are closed for any period (holidays etc). |
